Has Your Life Insurance Policy Been Rescinded?

Essentially, the insurance company is erasing the existing life insurance policy and denying the beneficiaries their death benefits. The life insurance policy may be rescinded for many reasons, including divorce, misrepresentation, alleged fraud, no insurable interest, suicide, a beneficiary change or a missed premium payment.
